Is there a set up fee?
Yes, a small $15 fee.
When will I be billed for the service?
The set up fee and the first month's service fee will be immediately charged to your credit card.
Then just the service fee each month on the 30th of the month.
What's the difference between the Enhanced and Deluxe?
The Deluxe has the addition of specialized New Consultant Training and 2 extra updates a month. Other than that, the sites are exactly the same.
What's the difference between the Deluxe and National?
The National has the addition of Director-level reports and 2 extra updates a month. Other than that, the sites are exactly the same.
I'm a top Director, can I use the National?
Sure, the National is simply the top of the line with the addition of Director reports. If you want to showcase your Directors, this is the version for you.
How do I cancel my service?
Just contact us BEFORE the 30th of the month and your website will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: If you fail to contact us before 9:30 p.m. CST on the 29th of the month that you want to cancel, you cannot receive a refund. Since your credit card will be billed automatically on the 30th of each month, we must receive your cancellation email the day before by our COB (9:30 p.m. CST).
Is there a minimum period that I have to use for the service?
No. The service is month to month.
Do you give a bonus for referring other Directors to the website service?
Absolutely. To be eligible, you must be a Director currently using ANY of the services from Besteder Newsletter Service.
The Director you refer cannot already be a customer of any Besteder Newsletter Service.
For EACH director you refer, we'll give you a $15 referral credit to your credit card!
If you already have a URL and a hosting provider, you can continue to use them as long as they are compatible with our software.
If you do not have a hosting provider, we can suggest one for you to use that is compatible with our software. In that case, you'll have to pay for their hosting services in additional to our monthly fee.
How It Works
Everything you see in the sample site you log into will be on your site.
Those will be the items we update automatically for you each month (reports, clipart, promotions, etc.)
We create your header image (or you can provide your own).
We will set up your website with all the content you see in the sample for the site you are purchasing.
You will be allowed to send 10 pieces of content to get started (i.e., training items, unit promotions, etc.)
We'll notify you of the completed site.
I have a lot of content from my previous site that I need to include, I don't think 10 initial pieces will cover it.
We will work with you to get everything you need from your existing site to the new site during your first month with the service.
After the first month, your sent content will be based upon your service type.
What are the 10 pieces of content?
PDFs, Word documents, photos. We'll create a link on your site to these documents
We won't design special sections of your website (unless your using the NSD version), but you'll have the ability to edit your website to add whatever you need
How often will you update your provided content on the site?
We will update the site once a month for monthly focus items, reports and any relevant Company promotions, etc. based on your web service.
We will also update the Training section with new items that we come across.
Will you update content I send you to be included monthly?
Basic - Yes, you can send us 2 items to include on your site
Working - 4 items to include on your site
Enhanced - 6 items to include on your site
Deluxe - - 8 items to include on your site
National- 10 items to include on your site
Why do I only have a certain number of updates per month?
You only have a certain number of updates WE do. You have access to add content whenever you like.
This enables us to keep the cost of the website reasonable.
The more time we have to take in updating your site -- the more it will cost. So to eliminate that cost from you, we limit the number of updates.
For the Team Listing page, there's photos for Sr. and above. Are sending photos part of my number of updates each month?
No, you can send Consultant photos at anytime without using an update. And we keep them in a file for future use.
I have, photos of an event for my photo page. Are sending the multiple photos for that event part of the 10 updates each month?
No, if one of your updates is showing photos of Seminar, for example. That group of photos are considered 1 update. However, if you send photos of Seminar and photos for your another event entirely, that will be a 2nd update.
I use the Basic, will you help me include content on my site?
No, the Basic is just that, basic...we don't update anything other than the content we provide.
However, you can with your Admin login to add content
